Two Weeks Out!

It's just two weeks until we are all reunited to celebrate Betty Jean Caspar!

Jimmy, Ann, Tommy, and Betty visited the retreat last weekend to check everything out.  It looks perfect!

Please check the pages of this blog for updated info on activities, dining, and what to bring.

We have 5 canoes rented for Saturday morning, and we can probably add more: Caspar family canoe trip!!!

Please feel free to contact me with any questions, and if you haven't already, please let me know when you think you will arrive, do you need a ride, or have space for passengers.

Getting Ready to Party

We are about a month away from the wonderful celebration!  Family togetherness is just around the corner!

Hopefully you received your paper invite.  Please contact me and let me know when you will be arriving (day and approximate time) so we can meal plan accordingly.

Feel free to add items as you see fit.  I will be driving Truckasaurus and will have lots of room to transport food, beverages, outdoor stuff, etc., from the Twin Cities to the party locale.  Just let me know where and when you need a pick up.

Additionally, we'll be sending reminders to each person who signs up about a week before the party, and if you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

The Essential Info

It's the celebration of a lifetime.  Betty Jean Caspar is 90 this year and we will celebrate her in our customary manner: with a huge family party!

We will gather at Heartwood Conference Center and Retreat in Trego, WI, for the weekend of August 8-10, 2014.  Our big all family celebration meal will be dinner on August 9th.

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask, either your mom or Laura :)
